Full Time Teller

Reports to: Branch Manager/Assistant Manager

Job Description

This full time position is primarily responsible for accurately processing all routine banking transactions, researching errors in deposits and withdrawals, and handling customer inquiries via telephone and in-person.

Additional responsibilities include identifying and maximizing cross-sell opportunities, and completing other specified duties as assigned.

Cash handling experience preferred. Candidates should be detail-oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, display the ability to become proficient in the bank’s intranet systems, and possess substantial knowledge of banking products and services. Candidates should be available to work evenings and weekends.
