Integrity Bank Earnings Up 25%

Integrity Bank reported a 25% growth in earnings for fourth quarter 2007. Income grew to $463,000 for the quarter compared to $369,000 for the quarter ended December 31, 2006. For the year ended December 31 earnings grew 17% from $1,404,000 in 2006 to $1,647,000 for 2007.

For 2007, assets increased 13% to $314 million, up from $277 million on December 31, 2006 and loans grew to $280 million, up 25% from $224 million.

Gibson, President/CEO of Integrity Bank stated, “We are thrilled to report this level of growth and income, which includes the full effect of the three branches opened in 2006, an allocation of $755,000 to the provision for loan losses and paying $904,000 in income taxes. This performance confirms that Central Pennsylvania loves Integrity Bank’s outstanding service, convenience, and great rates.”
