Integrity Bank Reports 22% Rise in Income

Integrity Bank announced record assets, loans and income for the quarter ending March 31, 2006. Assets grew 59% from $133 million on 3/31/05 to $211 million on 3/31/06, while over the same time period total loans increased from $109 million to $174 million, another 59% growth rate.

Income rose 22% to $329,000 for the quarter. James T. Gibson, CEO stated “these number are impressive especially considering the bank’s expansion, growth and now being fully taxable.”

Integrity Bank has branches in Cumberland and York Counties and will be opening two Dauphin County branches in the summer of 2006.
